Akira is a creative Sushi Chef who trained with famous Chef Ida Takahashi San (Tokyo Style) and famous Chef Kankaku Hiroshi San (Osaka Style). He has experience working at Bistro Pacific, Banzai, Wild Fish, Kegon, Kame Hachi, and other Japanese restaurants.

Kelly cares about the customer experience, trying to remember the customer's name and favorite food. She looks forward to every customer's happiness in her restaurant. She also looks for someone's prayer lists.
